2ndchanceadict 33 Posted October 19, 2013 Just switched to soft foods but it still hurts going down. Is that normal?
Shells_Almost_There 357 Posted October 19, 2013 I had this issue at first - was counseled to take even smaller bites and chew even more. I still have a hard time remembering - I want to gulp down my food. 1 TopNotchMami reacted to this
2ndchanceadict 33 Posted October 19, 2013 I'm eating slow and chewing. Feels like a huge air bubble.
Dori1181 2 Posted October 20, 2013 I'm almost 4 weeks pre op and I'm really sick with a cold so all I wanna do is drink orange juice but not sure if I can!

Jeph 3 Posted November 12, 2013 I had that "air bubble" feeling too, after eating. I think it's because I've had a hard time knowing when I'm full. It's easy to eat too much at once, and better to measure amounts and keep them small. 1 2ndchanceadict reacted to this
Chase30 114 Posted November 21, 2013 OJ is supposed to be really bad early on because of the high acidity. I would research that a little more. What foods are you eating that cause the air bubble? Whatever it is you should stop eating it for about 1 week and then try it again.
