Cucumber and cheese/tuna sandwich

Slices of meat (chicken fillets, ham, ox tongue etc)

Boiled egg or whatever kind of egg

Homemade meatballs (beef/turkey/lamb/mine)

A couple prawns or some shrimp (warmed up with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar glaze)

Diced up chicken thigh with a teaspoon of tzatziki

Hummus and cucumber fingers

BEEF Jerky -> An 80g bag gives 50g Protein with no carbs (dont get the candied or added sugar jerky). Only downside is high sodium content, but as a snack, if you eat half a bag, you'll be okay.
