I was 310 when I started and today I'm 244. So far my stomach shape is the same just much smaller. Like I'm slowly deflating a balloon lol. I've still got a lot to lose of course... I'm sure well probably be rewarding ourselves with a Tummy Tuck when it's all said and done. Have u heard of dry brushing? Look it up, I've just started and it is supposed to help with the loose skin

I started at 358 at my highest. Size 28/30 in pants. I knew going in that I would need skin removal. I had a corset trunkplasty in May of this year. Took me from a size 12 with all that skin to a size 8. 12 pounds of skin had to come off just in my belly.

I still have about 20 pounds to go to get to goal but the skin was making it hard to exercise.

I have always had a very large "apron" & it's not shrinking much, but it's also not hanging down any further, yet any way. It is flatter. I don't really know what size pants I wore or wear now as I've made my own for years, but they are definitely looser & I've had to take 7 or so inches of elastic out of the waist recently to keep them from falling down.
