Is red meat okay to eat during the soft stage?

My doc allows ground beef in this stage, as long as it's moist

mine too, ground red meat only. It has to be something you can cut with a fork, which rules out your typical lamb chop or sirloin steak, no matter how tender.

I am able to eat ground beef and chicken. Anything that is soft is fine in this stage.
