notmeanymore 629 Posted October 18, 2013 Ive not had a problem with any foods that Ive tried, whether thats good or bad depends on your perspective lol. My tummy does make very loud trumpet noises like there is a tummy parade going on when I eat Beans but besides that, smooth sailing.

Dinky1555 3 Posted October 21, 2013 I had surgery march 4, so far I have lost about 68 lbs, I am losing it very slowly. My doc said too slow. It stresses me out. I have been at a stall for last 2 months..Grr!! In talking about eggs, I have taken 3 eggs, and mixed with eggs whites, to get a little over 2 cups of egg mix. I add a little shredded cheese to it. While mixing it I am cooking up a lb of turkey sausage. I drain the sausage of fat if there is any. I pour egg mixture up half full in muffin tin. Once it is all poured, I add large tablespoons of sausage to each muffin. Top it off with shredded cheese. Bake it at 350 for about 12 minutes. Take it out cool, take butter knife and run it around the egg muffin. Take them out cool and freeze in freezer bag. When I am running out the door for work, I grab a muffin in microwave container, get to work heat it up for about 1 min 45 sec. I love it! 1 kmbrcvzs reacted to this
