poohbear1019 31 Posted October 18, 2013 Hey Everyone, I'm looking for a good pre workout(weightlifting) meal. Because of my current living situation, I have to rely heavily on my Protein shakes and frozen dinners. Normally I would skip the carbs totally but I started weightlifting with a trainer.
