I was sleeved mid-August and am 64.

I had a serious illness (big-time pneumonia) following my surgery that prevented me from exercising until now. I'm curious about your exercise challenges and routines.

I am 55...Spent 5 months in the hospital due to complications from the sleeve..Came home and spent another 5 months trying to recover my strength...

I still don't have an exercise program but I walk as much as I can....I truly believe that walking is the best way to exercise when you are healing!

Consider this: http://www.bobbywhisnand.com. This trainer was obese, and he has developed a program that is adaptable to ANY level of fitness, any age. The exercises can be done sitting or standing, and his videos guide you through every step. He spoke at a support group meeting I attended, and I'm so glad I found his programs!
