I recently went on vacation and thought that my sleeve was on vacation too. It wasn't. Please don't do what I did. You will be in pain and you will regret it. Learn from my mistakes.

I think it's definitely the fried food.. I'm 11 months out and still haven't had anything deep fried save from a French fry or two on rare occasion.

Oh yes, it definitely was. I hardly ever have anything fried. It just doesn't appeal to me. But my brain decided that I was on vacation and my stomach was too. And it was not.

I get that! I went on a romantic weekend last month and learned I can no longer drink wine like I used to... Well I could but it wasn't pretty
