I think my boyfriend may go to get it done. But I have no idea where to begin to get the best surgeon and best overall experience at a low price? Can anyone help? Dr. Acezes seemed a little high. I would like hotel and airfare to be included, if possible.

I don't think airfare is ever included. At least I've never heard of that. Hotel is included with most, including Aceves. You should take a look at the Mexico forum... there's lots of information on there.
