I didn't ever crave sugar itself post-op, but I did start craving Peanut Butter. I really had to limit my peanut butter intake or I would graze on it all day long. I just took the cravings as a sign that I was detoxing my body from sugar.

I only crave sugar if I eat sugar. Like if I have one cookie I want 3 more but if I don't touch a cookie im ok. Maybe you can try some healthy sweet things to help? fruit or a flavored yogurt maybe.
