Am 3 1/2 weeks post op and have only lost 16 lbs so far. None in the last week. Getting worried.

Don't worry. Stick with your plan. There will be days the scale doesn't move but it will always start up again. Try to weigh in once a week. Search the forum for 3 week stall. You'll see many have experienced it. Good luck with your journey!

You will be fine..........no worries! Make sure you get all your Protein and liquids in this is very typical right now and it will pass. You have done great with losing the 16 pounds and your body just needs to take some time to process all this. Make sure you have taken your measurements. When the scale isn't moving usually the inches are going down. This is part of your weight loss process so you are still losing even if the scale isn't moving. Best of wishes! :)

I was sleeved on 9/23 and the scale hasn't moved since 10/2. I saw the surgeon yesterday and he said this often happens and not to worry. Easy for him to say but I know it's true. A bit discouraging-but true. The weight will come off.

Just relax, it will happen. Follow the plan, lots of Water and Protein, give your body time to adjust, you just had major surgery. Good luck to you.

I know the feeling, had a week 2 stall that ended after 7 days and now almost 6 weeks and have been stalled now 8 days. Gets hard to stay positive.........
