Seeking advice - protein powders making me nauseous

I just tried adding unflavored Protein to beef broth and it got all clumpy! It was wicked gross!!! What's the secret?! I haven't been able to find ANY uses for this unflavored protein' date=' everything I make comes out nasty and doesn't mix well...[/quote']

The broth was too hot. There is a temp limit before it clumps.

You need a food thermometer. Make sure the broth is under 140 degrees (or better yet under 130) before stirring in the Protein Powder.< /p>

Thanks! I always like my hot foods hot, so thus must be why they keep getting ruined! I'm excited to try it!
