Hello all I'm one week post-op.Feeling good doctor has me on full liquid. How is everyone with the chewable vitamins?

I started them after surgery - three weeks out today, and I still take them. No problems here.

I started them a few days after surgery and have tolerated them well. I chew one in the morning and one at night.

Wow all doctors are different. I left the hospital already on purred foods and chewable vitamins from 2 days post-op! He did have me wait 4 weeks to start my Calcium. I have never vomited post-op so far! I'm 3 months out from surgery as of tomorrow! Good luck!

1st week Clear liquids

2nd week full liquids

3rd week full liquids with yogurt, sf pudding, cream of rice and Soups added

4th week puréed foods

5th week soft/mushy foods

6th week Solids

This is my doctors diet and no Vitamins until 2 weeks post op
