Txcowgurl 44 Posted October 16, 2013 I'm a little over 8 months p/o. And I have been really Hungary lately! My daily activities has changed from my norm, I have added power walking 2-3 miles every day or other day with my family member. Plus other activities. My intake has increased big time. Like from 1000-1500 at any given time. But I'm still Hungary and I drink Water in place but it's making me really cranky right about now. Any1 experienced this? I would appreciate your opinions if you are dealing or have dealt with this! Thanks in advance!! Sent from my iPhone using VST

I have at least a shake (pure Protein powder) mootopia to mix it with. Well to cut to the chase. I make sure to get over 70 grams of ( majority of the time) lean protein. I keep my carbs under my protein intake. I am very active daily over 3 hours straight most of the time. Walking, dancing, horse back riding etc.. I log daily my intake. I'm just starting to stay hungry. Sent from my iPhone using VST

As long as you make good food choices I suspect your hunger will level off as time goes on.
