piercedqt78 658 Posted October 16, 2013 So while at the grocery store over the weekend I found and purchased a new product. It is Luzianne "pour-n-stir". It looks like a little foil bottle, and has about 2oz of liquid inside of it. The trial size was only $1.00 and it says just to mix it with a gallon of cold Water. It has zero calories, and also comes in unsweet. I made it tonight, since we ran out of tea half way through dinner. It was super good. No weird after taste at all. Only odd thing was when I squeezed the contents into my gallon bottle, I found that it had a few tea leaves in it, but after giving it a good shake, it was fine. I will be buying it again. It is sweetened with Sucralose and acesulfame potassium. It also comes in boxes of 6 that each make packet makes 1/2 gallon. Those were $3.98 a box at Wal-Mart. Now the weird part, it's not on their website, and I can't find ANY mention of this product online anywhere. But I will be buying it again. 3 Tamiz1067, gamergirl and ReDbEaN reacted to this

JollyG 4 Posted October 17, 2013 Hi - reading between the lines - you get to drink with meals again at some later stage? Its been a long habit of mine and I hear lots of advice against (ever) doing that... lol
Fiddleman 4,376 Posted October 17, 2013 Hi - reading between the lines - you get to drink with meals again at some later stage? Its been a long habit of mine and I hear lots of advice against (ever) doing that... lol You maybe able to, eventually, but that does not mean you should. Drinking at meals may push food through faster making you more hungry at best and at worst It may be painful for you. These rules we learn after post op are good life long habits. ChristineR 128 Posted October 19, 2013 Out of curiosity, is there caffeine in it?
MicPRI13 2 Posted October 20, 2013 That is my question too, is it caffeine free? My nutritionist is dead set against me having ANY caffeine.
