Crissigus 0 Posted October 15, 2013 As long as you are doing what you are supposed to (diet restrictions, lifting, etc) your chances of a leak go down every day. Just be sure you are doing the right stuff!! Welcome to the group! Don't advance your diet on your own... the stages are there for a reason. Get all of your Protein, and drink your Water, and you will be fine

sophiepants 489 Posted October 15, 2013 Yep just do as you are told and it'll work out! But don't don't don't advance your diet before, measure your meals and you'll do great? Did they do a leak test on you before you left the hospital? Mind didn't just wondering.
Iniysa 157 Posted October 15, 2013 Chances are very slim that you will get a leak if you are fallowing the rules. That in mind, live your life; figure out your new normal; but if something doesn't feel right, call your doctor. He/She will tell you if you should be worried or not. wk37 0 Posted October 15, 2013 Sleeved on the same day as you following the rules. Leaks to my knowledge is not related to excess or wrong foods but is a surgical complication. Meaning it appears in the first two days postoperatively . So once you are a week past you shiuld have minimal worries about leaks.
