So far, I've had no problems! As long as I eat enough Protein, I do not get hungry. If I do sometimes I get a spoonful of the new whipped jiffy Peanut Butter and that really helps!! Also laughing cow cheese wedges are great and only 35 calories a wedge. One normally does the trick for me! I'm glad you are doing well! I'm from PA! Where are you from? I also use the laughing cow cheese for snack, and help me too...Refried Beans, cheese, tuna, chicken, chickpeas, Greek yogurt, and Protein shakes (I just can take one per day)!.. I don't know yet when I'm full when I eat, I just measure my food..and you?
krissyphd 7 Posted October 14, 2013 I have found when I'm too full I start to hiccup!! I thought that was weird but I've read that can be normal! I, too, eat tuna, chicken, yogurt, scrambled eggs with a half if slice of cheese , cottage cheese and I mix no sugar added jelly and Protein Shakes which sometimes I add baby food fruit to it to give it a better flavor! Sometimes it's harder for me when I'm making lunch for my children, I have 4 year old twins and a 2 year old. But we have all really turned our eating around, making healthier choices. And they don't even realize it! My husband is even losing weight! So that's good! I'm happy for you! My weight as of my surgery day was 320 today was 300! I almost into the 200's again and that will be awesome!
