Mrs.RRn 2,111 Posted October 14, 2013 Great job!!! Wow that's a lot of weight lost in 4 months! What are you eating and how much are you exercising? I am 2 and 1/2 months out and down 40 with a similar starting weight. Thanks! Basics of my eating: -3 meals (2-3 oz), 2 snacks(1-2oz)... (my Dr would like 1, but I tend to have low blood sugar after this sx) - min of 65g Protein. I average between 80-100 g/day. - min of 60 oz Water - I eat mostly meat, veggies, and dairy. And some fruit and nuts. - I had stopped Protein supplements but started again when I started shedding (I panicked; it just made me feel better, lol. My Dr. laughed when I told him that.) - I also have chosen to avoid all bread/pasta/rice etc. I've been very happy with that decision- I thought it'd be more difficult. I wish the blog/ pic would work bc these details would be in there w/ pics of my food! (Sorry, Mini rant) Exercise: 1-2 hours a day except Saturday- nothing extreme . And I might skip a day here and there if I had a particularly long shift at work. I was also down around 40 lbs around week 8, similar to you.
