Italiancurves 117 Posted October 14, 2013 I can't stand dry chicken (even being pre op) so I tend to make a high Protein sauce of puréed garbonzos with garlic, lemon, Peanut Butter and Water blended to the consistency you like. Heated up poured over the chicken... Makes it so soft and moist. This can also be done with yogurt and dill over fish etc. and crock pot chicken is super tender as well.
