Is anyone able to eat chicken & grapes post op?

I can't stand dry chicken (even being pre op) so I tend to make a high Protein sauce of puréed garbonzos with garlic, lemon, Peanut Butter and Water blended to the consistency you like. Heated up poured over the chicken... Makes it so soft and moist. This can also be done with yogurt and dill over fish etc. and crock pot chicken is super tender as well. I'd just be careful with grilled chicken as it can get dry.
