MIJourney 490 Posted October 13, 2013 (edited) I was cleared for most all foods at 6 weeks out. That said I haven't had any wheat to speak of yet as I'm pretty much still eating Protein.< /p> Edited October 13, 2013 by MIJourney
ItsMe2033 143 Posted October 13, 2013 As far as I know there is no restriction on wheat itself. Most surgeons restrict bread for a period of time after the surgery. I think for many plans there is no bread for 6 - 12 months after the surgery unless it is toasted because it can make a dough ball.
NotLookinBack 164 Posted October 13, 2013 It all varies on your program.. Mine cleared me for anything at three weeks. I don't eat bread.. But that's my own choice.
Italiancurves 117 Posted October 14, 2013 I'm hoping to not eat bread, Pasta or rice. I figure that's what got me to this point and size. Lots of other delicious things to eat that are far more nutritious. But I have seen many people post that they eat that post op at some point and time. Personal choice.
