My ribs hurt so bad today and its not gas pain. They feel like I wrapped a belt around them and synched it really tight. Did anyone else feel this??

Yes I just posted about this a couple days ago. I was calling it a side ache but yeah sounds like what I'm experiencing. But I think I've narrowed it down to when I drink a large amount of Water at a time (like 16 oz bottle) does yours happen at certain times too?
