alicat3924 0 Posted March 2, 2007 Ok so we finally have everything in place...I have my dress and everything...only problem is I ordered my dress in a smaller size (anticipating more weight loss w/ 5 months to go, I have lost almost 50 lbs in almost 5 months). My only problem is I don't like how my arms/back look in my dress...can anyone suggest some good exercises to do to shape up my top half in 5 months? I am doing resistance training 5 days a week and walking 20 miles a week what more can I do?
marys 2 Posted March 3, 2007 Wow Wow Wow - congratulations on everything - your weight loss is terrific and you look so happy in your pic. A wedding must be a great motivator to reach your fitness goals - since you are already going to the gym - can you afford to hire a personal trainer? That might help you really get the focus/attention you need. i also found this site on the web that has pics and covers the entire upper body... http://www2.gsu.edu/~wwwfit/upperbod.html good luck!! Jennifur 0 Posted March 5, 2007 That is all so great, and you do look great. I just started going to the gym in fear of not keeping up with the weight loss and my arms are a concern. I am going to talk to the trainer this week and let you know any tips I get. On all the machines I use, only 1 does part of my upper arms but not the part I am worried about. Keep up the great work and CONGRATS!
