LBD 121 Posted October 12, 2013 I lost like crazy for the first 5 days then nothing. I haven't put so much as a crumb of food in my mouth, besides three Protein Shakes & 2 yogurts each day. Maybe too few calories? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Arts137 1,811 Posted October 12, 2013 During this "fast" I'd ignore the scale. You WILL lose weight, but it may be in fits and starts. Certainly you are on "too few" calories, but you are fasting more to shrink your liver than to make dramatic weight losses... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
