so I am 5 months post op. When I had my surgery I had a complication that was never considered. While I was positioned for surgery, the techs must have pulled my arm to hard, and torn my rotator cuff :( It has gotten progressively worse for 5 months now due to therapy to make it better. But in spite of now having a arm decoration, lol, I have lost over 65 pounds. My concern is, I have =now been at this weight for a month. It is very frustrating, and I guess I am wondering if this is normal or am I as far as I will go.. It is very difficult to do much exersize, but that has been the case since day one with this injury, so all things statis quo, I dont understand why now it has come to a stop..

Sounds like you're at a stall which is normal. Sorry about your injury. Hope you're getting treatment for it.
