annag 15 Posted October 12, 2013 Anyone else has this issue??? It's crazy how I keep around 3 to 4 bottles of Water at my night stand. Because at night I am so thirsty, I'm so deyhytrated. What does that mean? I am always waking up and drinking Water and would finish all those bottle of waters. And always peeing. Anyone know what that means? And my stomach is so hungry. It's like I'm starving. Stomach won't stop growling. And from my previous post I eat a lot so I don't understand why I get so hunger. This drinking water and hunger is every night. Need advice Thank you God bless

SeaLegs 38 Posted October 12, 2013 Good quality sleep is important for health and weight loss, too! Ideas: Work really hard at getting your fluids in during the day, and that might also space out and limit your food intake. Make sure you are getting electrolytes (Have you had bloodwork lately?), if you are a mouth breather at night you might be dry. Put a humidifier by your bed. (They have these cute little humidifiers that hold one bottle of Water at Walgreens that are super.) The rumbling in your stomach might be all that water gurgling around. Best wishes... Skinny in Here 83 Posted October 12, 2013 Awww yea idk why I drink alot and eat alot. It's like I never had the surgery it's weird. I have seen it suggested here to take an antacid when you feel like you are hungry and you know you just ate. Since this is happening at night, it could be that lying down is causing indigestion and an antacid would do the trick. Don't know about the drinking, but if you are eating at night that could be what is making you thirsty.

Many people take one or two daily for acid reflux. 1 SuperFab reacted to this
SuperFab 689 Posted October 12, 2013 You need protonix or omeprezole daily. It's an acid reducer that will diminish the hunger.
