Deyhytrated and hunger at night.

Recommended Posts

Many people take one or two daily for acid reflux.

Oh ok yea I don't have acid reflux. I'm just hungry and can eat all day and a lot.

You need protonix or omeprezole daily. It's an acid reducer that will diminish the hunger.

Is that safe to take?

Yes. Many sleevers mistake acid for hunger. Your doctor should be able to prescribe protonix but you can get omeprezole over the counter. It will make a world of difference. I've been through this with both my sister and my best friend. Totally cut those hunger pangs and lessened the grumblings from their tummies.

Also talk to MD as this could be diabetes, excessive thirst and night peeing is often associated with this disease. Most of time it is a more simple explanation, not quite so dramatic as diabetes. But u must notify md so u can get a proper work up

I agree. You need to see your General Practitioner and be checked over for a few things that could be causing this, until you have been checked over it might be best not to start any other drug such as a ppi which could confuse the whole issue. When you see your doc you could discuss an appropriate ppi .

A ppi is an acid reducer, as I was referring to. And I agree, you should definitely see your doctor to try and rule out diabetes. I'd call and make an appointment today.
