Susie in Lima 320 Posted October 11, 2013 Yep, you have to up your calories. You can try by adding another carb per day into your diet. My nutritionist says to add a pat of butter to each meal as well. Make sure you arent adding in empty calories though, try to make the calories as healthy as possible. Congrats on making your goal.
