My surgeons office put in the paperwork Monday the 7th 2013 and it has been approved within 4 days. I am so excited. I started at 330 lbs and I have severe sleep apnea no other conditions. So my experience is good with the Insurance. I go Monday for medical clearance letter from my Primary care Physician.
