Bigbeaz 91 Posted November 26, 2013 Seven and a half weeks out. Just ate almost a cup of chilli. Loved it. Could not get a full cup down . That's ok. Seeing doctor on Monday. I love chili. I like to eat white chicken chili a few times a week. Its easy to wat and pretty healthy without a huge chunk of corn bread to go with it lol. Its amazing when you realize how much crap you were putting in your body pre-surgery.

tardis76 50 Posted October 27, 2014 I got sleeved oct 1. 27 days in and the changes i'm really starting to notice. down over 40 pds it appears. Clothes are fitting well. actually wearing pants and shirt that havent fit in 2 years at work today. I have lots more energy and i walk a lot. the past week or 2 sleeping has gotten so much better. I didnt realize how bad i use to sleep. I keep oversleeping my alarm everyday so i've had to setup a 2nd alarm. I only seem to crave bad foods when i am watching sports on tv..Football i notice is a nonstop pizza/beer/KFC/wendy's commercial.
