Bufflehead 6,358 Posted October 11, 2013 --stir it in to Greek yogurt --stir it in to cottage cheese --stir it in to a Laughing Cow strawberry cream cheese wedge --if you eat hot Cereal, add it to that --sprinkle it on fruit like apples or bananas There are more detailed recipes here: http://www.bellplantation.com/recipes 1 JerseyGirl68 reacted to this
Butterthebean 8,146 Posted October 11, 2013 You could also just make Peanut Butter with it. Simply add the recommended amount of Water and mix. For me...the right amount of water was a pretty narrow window. Too little and it tasted gritty. Too much and it was way too thin. Get it right though and it's quite good. LoryLosesXS 154 Posted October 11, 2013 Hi guys, so I'm walking around my local health food store tonight and I came apon PB2 Peanut Butter powder!! I've seen people mentioning this, but never really understood what and how it's used.(besides putting into our Protein shakes) So I got some. Any suggestions of how I can use this?? Thanks for any replys :-D I stumbled upon it in Walmart of all places. There was PB2 with chocolate too. Anyway....For me I have a hard time with the sweetness of all Protein shakes, so I came up with my own through reading all there's comments. . powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury Unflavored Protein powder, PB2 2 Tbls, 2 Tsp of Unsweetened Cocoa, milk (I use soy due to being lactose intolerant), and Stevia added for the sweetness I like. I sometimes add a few ice cubes. That sucker packs a whopping 43gs of Protein and 275 in calories and it's super yummy!!! I think it's a great Meal Replacement, but I've had so many I'm cool on it right now. I'm only 2 weeks out of surgery and grateful to chew on something. :-)
