laffypatty 47 Posted October 10, 2013 (edited) I'm in my fourth week post-op and craving steamed spinach. I use spinach in the bag and just steam it in the microwave. NMJG 1,266 Posted November 11, 2013 I had a bit of cooked spinach and was OK around 4 weeks. Just try a few bites and see how it goes (don't go crazy). You can always have more next time. Maybe blend it up with some greek yogurt or fat free ricotta or low fat cheese to make it creamed?
