I am taking the Celebrate Multi-Complete (with iron) capsules - bottle says 3 a day - do you take all 3 at the same time or spaced out - and does it matter what time you take them? They make my stomach hurt and i get nauseous when i take them at the same time so wondered if i can space them out during the day. Can't find the answer on the website or bottle. Thanks!!

I don't know the answer to your question, but try spreading them out over the day, that may help.......I'm taking Bariatric Fusion chewable tablets, and I have to take 3 a day, one after each meal.............hope that helps.......good luck

I just had this conversation with the dr. He said to space them out. One in morning noon and night

Yeah this has been a real downer - I've tried taking just one and I still get nauseated - I'm going to have to try some other Vitamins and hope they're full of the right stuff

I hate chewables!!! I had the same problem. I was taking the Bariatric Advantage vitamins but I took them in to GNC and their Multivitamin has all that and more. And they're capsules. So I got those instead and now I'm fine.

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.

I would like to know what questions you wish you had asked prior to your duodenal switch surgery?
