Not great with Puters so please walk me through step by step So on June 18th I weighed 565 ( On August 29th at Doctors office I weighed 535, at Nuts office weighed 550 then two weeks later at Nuts office weighed 548, then Monday October 7th at Nuts office weighed 525.4 now today at doctors office I weighed 474... will my true weight please come forward.... ) Do you have a scale that you can use? If not, go on Amazon they have a huge choice and the prices are all over the place. If you can't use a scale at home then pick one place and stick to those numbers. My scale at home is the only one I will go by because everyone's is calibrated differently. I am sorry you haven't had a reliable number that has to be extremely frustrating!!
