So, I reached 7 weeks on Tuesday and I've come to a stall...plus a 3 pound gain :(

Why does this happen?! Its so frustrating...

Any insight?

I don't know but I have lost 45 pounds since surgery, I am at seven and a half weeks out and I have lost nothing for a week. I think I will walk some today :)
