GlutenFreeSingleMom 22 Posted October 10, 2013 Just got home from hospital and is there any tricks to get this awful gas pain out of you?? Please any suggestions....
cindymg 629 Posted October 10, 2013 GasX strips worked for me. Take several at one time. Walking also helps. Just walk around your house if you can't get outside.
RebecaSparkles 247 Posted October 10, 2013 Everyone said gas-x, walking, walking, walking and heating pad. allons-y 1 Susie in Lima reacted to this
Peggy 53 69 Posted October 10, 2013 Walk, walk and walk some more. But I did end up trying a Suppository to help get the bowels moving a bit more and it helped a lot. Once I started tooting, I felt a lot better

aicirt 3 Posted October 10, 2013 I really good results from someone patting my back. A bit like burping a baby
aicirt 3 Posted October 10, 2013 If you can try to make a burp that will help it get started.. Please don't judge, my Dad taught me to burp on command when I was small. He loved how upset it made my mom 3 JessicaAnn, gamergirl and SuperFab reacted to this

Susie in Lima 320 Posted October 10, 2013 Gas X strips really helped me, plus walking a lot. Also when you are on your bed, if you can get onto all fours (knees and hands) and kind of stay that way for a little while, it helped to pass some of that blocked gas. Hope you feel better soon (you really will feel better before you know it!)

jatherley 126 Posted October 10, 2013 Other than walking and gas x. I used a heating pad on my left shoulder and upper back one evening. The next day when I woke up the gas pains were gone.
