I'm stuck at 201...getting discouraged......

Jeph... Eat fruit everyday, and wait a week to weigh. You will get there, but I feel your pain!

I was 202 for 3 months I started working out more. I'm eating 1200 calories a day didn't want to eat less so figure I'd exercise them pounds off do far so good I'm 193

What I'm finding is that I constantly re-set the goal line. First it was onederland, now I am 191 but want to hit 185. I think while frustrating, it also all serves to motivate us, and gives us small goals to work toward so maybe that's a good thing.
