Feeling better about liquid diet

Decided to get Protein Shakes from costco. The whey Protein made me gag. I got the chocolate flavor. My sister in law told me vanilla taste good and my brothers told me that chocolate is best. I got the Premier Protein. It had one gram of sugar. Total of 3 grams of fat. 5 grams of carbs and 30 grams of protein.

If you're having Protein Powder mixed with just Water you will gag. You have to doctor it up. For example, I had one this morning that was delish, it had a scoop of chocolate Protein powder (bariatric advantage), 2 teaspoons instant coffee (I'm still pre op), 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa, and 1 tablespoon caramel sugar free Torani Syrup and some ice, blened it. It was better than a Starbucks Mocha Frapp.

I think what the problem was that I got strawberry flavor. The Protein shakes that I am drinking taste better. It reminds me of chocolate milk

Also in my area, the Premier Protein that is sold at Sams Club comes with a resealable cap, but the ones sold at costco, which are otherwise identical, do not have the resealable cap.
