Celebrate multi-vitamins

I am taking the Celebrate Multi-Complete (with iron) capsules - bottle says 3 a day - silly question - do you take all 3 at the same time or spaced out - and does it matter what time you take them? Can't find the answer on the website or bottle. Thanks!!

I dont think it matters if you take them same time or space them

Actually, according to my primary care physician... Spacing your Vitamins out is best. Your body can only absorb so much at a time. Calcium must be spaced out for instance and cannot be taken with Iron. Looking forward to trying my sample pack of Celebrate after my surgery in two weeks. They look great!
