Stronger Orgasms

Recommended Posts

I was just wondering if any of you ladies have experienced stronger orgasms with the weight loss. I am still pre op and I have noticed over the past few years that my O's, while plentiful and not too difficult to achieve, seem to have decreased in intensity. I'm only 31, so nowhere near menopause. I have had a couple of kids in the last five years, but they were by c-section. So my pelvic floor should still be pretty much intact. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the weight has something to do with it. I would like to hear your thoughts. I'm hoping that someday I will be able to have the earth shattering orgasms that I had in my teens and early twenties.

It happens after having kids and being so active raising kids. But around 38-40 they come back with a vengeance. Turned 50 this year and still going strong........lol.

Fool around when you feel up to it.....Some people take longer then others to start again due to pain....There are no sex police....lol

Lol, Thank God they don't have any rules about sex (well my Dr. didn't). Whenever you feel ready, which for me was about 2 weeks.

I seem to reach orgasm more quickly. I'm sure some of it is mental and feeling better, and more confident, in myself. However, since the weight loss, some spots are much more easily accessible... Which helps a lot!! :)

Sex has always been great but after losing weight and inches wow!

Husband can't take hands off me all day lol! I think you feel more comfortable and "skin/fat" is not in the way... Especially tummy area it makes for a more enjoyable and intense orgasm my opinion anyway :)

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
