penman53 493 Posted October 8, 2013 Made this guy tonight for dinner. My wife and I both loved it. Here is what I used: Float out flatbread Riccota cheese provolone cheese Sprouts Marinara sauce Black olives Cherry Tomatoes White onions Olive oil I sprayed the bottom of the flatbread with olive oil Put on a slight layer of the marinara sauce (a little bit goes a long way) Then provolone cheese onions black olives Ricotta cheese A drizzle of olive oil to dress the pizza Oregeno Italian Seasoning Bake at 400 and watch carefully, when the cheese is bubbly take it out let it rest and put on some parmesian cheese. I used a pizza pan with holes in the bottom to help keep the pizza dry. It really came out great. penman53 493 Posted October 27, 2013 Made another one today for lunch, used marinara sauce, provolone cheese, red, yellow bell peppers and onions, all sliced paper thin. Finished off the top with grated mozzerella cheese and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Tashed as good as the first one. 1 spam421 reacted to this

Astaze75 16 Posted October 30, 2013 Can you have this on soft foods? Or which stage of diet?
penman53 493 Posted October 30, 2013 I would think that this could be eaten during the soft food stage. You can each cheese. The only thing is the edge of the crust gets crispy so you may want to be care and chew it really good. But all of the ingredients are allowed on the soft food stage. Jenny-Marie 9 Posted October 30, 2013 Can you have this on soft foods? Or which stage of diet? I would not eat this on the soft food stage. I would say 5 weeks till you ate this. JMO
