Reactive Hypoglycemia anybody else ?

I had a bad case of hypoglycemia after eating some Pasta, turns out to be reactive hypoglycemia anybody else have or had this problem ?

Is this like "dumping syndrome"? I've had that a few times...ugh, very, very, very bad

I've had hypoglycemia for years and years. Even took a ambulance ride once. With me, if I say have sugar and no protein... like drink sweet tea on an empty stomach within an hour I'm going to have sweats and pass out.
