jdmama911 224 Posted October 7, 2013 My plan doesn't want us eating more than 3 meals and a snack a day. Just work on your fluids and Protein.< /p>
crickee 85 Posted October 7, 2013 I also only eat 3 meals a day plus 2 Snacks. I'm so busy at work I usually don't snack and I have to really concentrate on drinking. Do what feels natural to you. I'm almost 10 months since surgery and I still haven't regained an appetite or get hungry, but I count that as a blessing! 1 ProudGrammy reacted to this

Montereygrl 104 Posted October 7, 2013 From once a day eating to feeling like I'm eating/drinking all the time. But my pre op program said, from the time I get up to the time I go to bed I'd be consuming, get used to it. I guess I didn't think she meant literally. Peggy D 124 Posted October 7, 2013 …I still haven't regained an appetite or get hungry, but I count that as a blessing! Definitely a blessing. I get very hungry but, at least, I fill up with a lot less than before surgery. I've been eating about 5 times a day & I think I'll try dividing that into 6 or 7 times a day. mariamitani 405 Posted October 8, 2013 I am not hungry or get hungry most of the month but there is a few days that pass by were I feel like I want to eat the world! It seems to be every month it happens for 2-4 days. I think it has something to do with hormones in the body. I had this before my surgery and would eat a whole lot of stuff when it happened! thank god for my sleeve.
