What is the average amount of weight you have lost on pre-op diet?

I lost 9.8 lbs. on my 2 week liquid diet.< /p>

I lost 4# on my 1 week pre-op.

However, I lost 8# in the the month before doing a modified version of pre-op (self imposed) of 2 shakes 2x 100cal Snacks & 1meal of anything I wanted.

Just starting my pre-op diet, 10% loss is required before surgery, I have 12 weeks to achieve this during the pre-op classes. So that's about 25lbs in 12 weeks. Feeling pumped! Let's do this!!! :ph34r:
