B-52 7,113 Posted November 17, 2013 I have not been able to eat anything for breakfast for over 2 years now...band is too tight first thing in the morning so after my workout I have a home made high Protein smoothie I mix up in the blender.... It is becoming a craze...people I know everywhere are into health drinks for breakfast, and they are not even banded.... It's just that good for you...
