Hi!! I'm very much apple shaped. I carry ALL my weight in my tummy. Ugh! I'm talking 2 stomachs. One above and below my waistline. You know what I mean lol. Is anyone else shaped like this?? I'm wondering if I'll have a hard time with extra skin. What are good work outs to tighten up as I lose?

Depending upon your size and age you may not be able to tighten up as much as you'd like.

My dr has told me I'll need plastic surgery. Last time I was at goal I was a size 2 with lots of excess skin. This was in spite of working out and trying everything under the sun to tighten. My arms did tighten and aren't bat wing like.

Depending on your starting weight, age, and over all skin elasticity you may find yourself needing plastic surgery to remove all the excess skin someday.

I just had over 12 pounds of skin removed from my tummy this past spring. I immediately dropped two pant sizes.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
