gknupe5 35 Posted October 28, 2013 Good evening everyone, I'm concluding ny 4th day post-op, and feeling great! I think I may be close to 10lbs down......mostly Water weight, but I'm eager to start back in the gym tomorrow morning. Ill start with a 45 min treadmill walk. I hope this is not pushing it.
