Has anyone tried these ProtienToGo Protein shots? I'm prepping for band placement in early December and have been doing research and these looked like an awesome source of protien so I ordered some. They taste great, come in several flavors, with and without caffeine. I add mine to a big cup of Water to drink at work. What do you guys think??

i have used them before and after surgery

i find its best (mixed) with something...easy way to get protein...if your dr is okay with it, go for it :)

I got mine on Amazon. The ProtienToGo website is down. I want to try making shakes or smoothies with them.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
