Ok so i seen my doctor's PA today and realized somethings today.

I went in upset because i havent had a fill in 3 months. I have explained that i was hungry in between meals and she still would not fill me. So today i went in with my "game face" on.

I think she felt tension from the beginning but i eased up on her when i realized.......i lost 5 pounds in 4 weeks.

Here i am all upset because she will not fill me i lost track of my progress. I lost...another 5 pounds. When she see's i lost of course she will not fill me. It is a loss.

If i am hungry i should eat, i am allowed 2 Snacks per day. Maybe some of this hunger is still HEAD hunger. I am only 4 months post op afterall.

So during the visit we chat about breast reductions and beings i have about 40 pounds to go until i will be satisfied (although i would love to get to 130) she gives me recomendations for some plastic surgeons.

She then looked at my MFP logs and said "you eat like a thin person" i think i blushed!! She was very proud of my calories and Protein. She was very impressed with my exercise.

I had a thought.....why would she fill me? Im doing so great in Her eyes....why dont I see that? Am I beating myself up that bad?

Then to the ok dont laugh at me question i just had to ask.....i lifted up my shirt and put my hands on my sides (hips) and said what is this??? It is so hard like a tumor or something.....i have never felt this ever.

She looks at me and says "honey that is all muscle"

What???? I have muscle?????? In my tummy????? Maybe my boyfriend was right when i asked him and he said it was my ABS!!!! Never felt this before in my life!!!!!

Exercise is paying off!!!!

Ok thanks for reading

Ps....dont laugh at me lol

Well thank you ladies!!!

For some reason a light bulb went off in my head today. I WILL lose this weight and I should not be in such a rush if I want to be successful.

As far as working out I love it, it is my stress reliever. I can only picture what my tummy would look like if I have these rock hard abs!!!

Now only if the front of my belly tightens more....

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
