I have the body media core band. I guys a deal on it through blue Cross, otherwise I don't use have purchased it. It is a nice tool to have to keep track of the calories you burn. However, I find the band terribly uncomfortable and I honestly, I hardly wear it.

Thanks! I have a heart rate monitor and I always wear that when I exercise but it seems cool to have one that shows 24 hour numbers.
